Statement on the Renfrew Health Centre

I am wholly committed to the project to deliver a £10 million state-of-the-art Health Centre in Renfrew. I have campaigned for over 2 years for better facilities for both patients and healthcare professionals and I expect them to be delivered at the new Renfrew Health Centre.

Neither NHS Greater Glasgow nor the Health Minister can distance themselves from the commitment agreed upon in March 2005. I have been in touch with the Health Minister and NHS Greater Glasgow who have affirmed their commitment to the project.
